About Me

Hi, I’m Amy.

I’ve spent over a decade as a family law attorney, and in that time, I witnessed firsthand the emotional, logistical, and relational challenges that come with divorce and co-parenting. The stress, the confusion, and the heartache can feel overwhelming. But I also saw something that deeply influenced my career shift: the families who were able to navigate these challenges with clarity, resilience, and a strong sense of purpose fared far better in the long run—especially when their children were involved.

I understand this journey from a deeply personal perspective, too. I’m not only a divorce coach—I’m the child of divorce, and I’ve been through it myself. I’ve navigated the complexities of divorce, co-parenting, and shared custody. I co-parent my two kids, and even share custody of our rescue dog, Pepperoni. These lived experiences give me a unique empathy and insight into the challenges you're facing. I truly get it.

That’s what inspired me to leave the courtroom behind and become a divorce and co-parenting coach and custody mediator. I wanted to help people experience the emotional support and strategic guidance they need to make thoughtful decisions, communicate effectively, and, most importantly, create a new path forward that aligns with their values and future goals.

In addition to my legal background, I have a Master’s in Education (experience teaching elementary school) and extensive training in dispute resolution and child development. I’m also a certified divorce coach and a trained mediator. These experiences give me a unique ability to work with individuals and couples navigating divorce, co-parenting, or custody issues—whether you’re looking for support outside the legal system or need help working effectively within it.

I believe that every person deserves to move through divorce in a way that honors their emotional well-being, their children, and their future. My approach is grounded in empathy and practical solutions. I’m here to help you reduce stress, communicate more effectively, make informed decisions, and build a future that’s brighter and full of possibility.

Whether you’re just starting to explore your options, navigating a complex custody situation, or rebuilding your life after divorce, I’m here to walk alongside you through every step of the process.

Let’s work together to create the future you deserve.
