How I Help
After more than a decade as a family law attorney, I saw firsthand how overwhelming and painful divorce can be—not just for the individuals involved, but especially for children and the co-parenting relationships that shape their lives. I watched families get pulled deeper into conflict, communication break down, and legal battles take a toll on emotional well-being. But I also saw something else: when people had the right kind of support—emotional, strategic, and practical—they made clearer decisions, protected their kids from unnecessary harm, and built healthier co-parenting dynamics. That realization led me to step away from practicing law and into a new role—one where I could truly help people move through this transition with more clarity, compassion, and long-term success.Today, I’m a divorce and co-parenting coach and mediator. I don’t provide legal advice, but I bring the benefit of years in the legal system, along with extensive education in dispute resolution and child development. My approach blends real-world experience with a deep understanding of how conflict impacts families—especially kids—and how to move through it with integrity and purpose.I work with individuals and couples who are:
-
Considering divorce and seeking clarity before making a decision
-
Preparing for separation and wanting to feel emotionally and logistically ready
-
Navigating the legal system and needing support between attorney meetings
-
Co-parenting and wanting to create a more collaborative, stable dynamic
-
Facing custody issues and seeking resolution through mediation
-
Looking to work more strategically and cost-effectively with their legal team
Whether you’re just starting to explore what’s next, actively in the process, or rebuilding your life after divorce, I’m here to help you reduce overwhelm, stay grounded, and move forward with clarity and confidence—not just for your own sake, but for your children and your future.Let’s walk this path together.
